Terms and Conditions The Pilates Plus Monthly Pass Membership fee of $199 will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each monthly renewal thereafter. We will automatically charge your debit/credit card each month on or after the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. All charges are non-refundable, classes are non-transferrable, and this contract is non-transferrable to other studios. If you wish to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your card validity or expiry date, you must edit your payment details by contacting Pilates Plus prior to the recurring charge date. If your account had a credit card that is declined during your membership, your membership will be put on hold until the credit card is able to be charged. After your account has been removed from Hold Status, billing will be retroactive beginning from the date your card was declined. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $25 late charge applied to the card listed above. If you "Late Cancel" within the booking agent or simply don't show up for class, you will be billed $25. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that when you purchase classes you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice, and class schedules may be subject to change without notice. If your account has remained inactive for 30 days or more, you are waiving your right to dispute any late charge that might have occurred while your account was active.
